Planning documents for the Codex CLI integration: - 7 plan docs covering overview, protocol, implementation, configuration, testing, limitations, and real Codex testing - 2 independent plan reviews (reviewer a7ebc31f and 600f2a13) - 2 code reviews of the implementation This is the documentation counterpart to the Codex hook implementation.
