Tested on UTM ARM64 Ubuntu 24.04 with basic.yaml mission and the competition mission (payload)

Rebased onto main and checked for retained functionality in basic mission and payload mission.

  • removed dependency on ros_gz submodule completely by installing the binary
    • noted in sae_2025_ws README

Testing on none UTM machines could be valuable before merging
