The 46 family TOMLs move in from the separate private index repository (at f1a473a) now that the blob store is public: generators, imports and check.py read kernel_index/ and KERN_INDEX_DIR is gone, and CI checks the real index on every push (265 variants, 0 problems). Two picks' measured notes name the GPU instead of a host; embedding's copied source is dropped, tools/kernels-src/embedding.cu is the same file.
