Bumps __version__ 0.5.1 → 0.6.0 (and the project's own uv.lock entry, which was stale at 0.1.0). After merge, the merge commit is tagged v0.6.0.

Changes since 0.5.1 that affect callers:

  • Encoder: causal from the waveform (PRs Make the encoder causal from the waveform; AUD_DELAY_MS 5 -> 2 #12, Behaviour fixes and reorganisation; fix the DAF duration metric #14). AUD_DELAY_MS goes from 5 to 2 ms.
  • Network class: VocalErrorNet defaults to the operating point; VocalErrorNetV2 keeps the old defaults. load() is strict, and the model file records how its stimuli were built.
  • Module split: evaluate.py becomes stimuli / metrics / targets. The K-label names and the traces/JSON keys are renamed, and sven-evaluate --n-hvc is removed.
  • Data and metrics: motifs.npz stores template_index; DAF duration is timed out to +300 ms.
  • Artifacts: retrained; see MANIFEST.sha256.

Changes since 0.5.1 that affect callers:
- The encoder is causal from the waveform (cochleagram frames shifted one
  frame later; divisive gain from frame t-1); AUD_DELAY_MS 5 -> 2 ms.
- VocalErrorNet with operating-point defaults (VocalErrorNetV2 keeps the old
  ones); strict load(); the model records how its stimuli were built.
- evaluate.py split into stimuli / metrics / targets; K1/K2/K4 names and the
  traces/JSON keys renamed; sven-evaluate --n-hvc removed.
- motifs.npz stores template_index; DAF duration timed to +300 ms.
- Retrained artifacts (see MANIFEST.sha256).
