[codex] add lark task pilot scenario

Summary

• Add a sales renewal risk pilot workflow that starts through the local webhook boundary, pauses at a manual gate, and then invokes the explicitly loaded Lark/Feishu task dry-run connector.
• Add the scripts/lark_task_pilot_smoke.py CLI smoke plus artifacts for workflow, trigger response, run, audit, connectors, snapshot, and LiteGraph overlay.
• Update examples, connector docs, and roadmap so Loop 37 is complete and Loop 38 becomes the live connector readiness review.
