Summary

• Refine the post-Loop 36 roadmap by making Loop 37's first pilot scenario explicit.
• Set the recommended scenario as sales renewal risk follow-up with a controlled decision point before the lark_task dry-run handoff.
• Add a Roadmap contract test to keep Loop 37 scoped and prevent live Lark/Feishu API behavior from entering the next loop prematurely.
