Reconcile the actual original qualification of design Source #1389 and preserve the exact API/Apple handoff boundary. Seven current documentation prefixes retain their complete previous bodies; a separate receipt and prompt-history record keep Source and Final qualification distinct.

Source #1389 is protected a3c3061, with its own main 40942433620 successful and independent original formal/durable/coverage closure 36f65924. Automatic model/package cancellation is not a model PASS or zero-spend proof. All 279 product files, canonical design96c7, af201, fixtures, dependencies, workflows, release inputs and roadmap bindings remain unchanged. Twenty native vectors are still declarative; no live factory or native/provider acceptance is supplied.

Validation: 13 focused documentation/architecture checks pass (15.332s), fresh native MATCH/onboarding4.5.5, independent whole9 SOURCE_PREPARATION_GO b95b304a and exact46865723 GO3f37d223. This Final requires its own normal CI, protected merge and original qualification before the exact documentary handoff/workspace closure.

HA-dev remains277/schema18. Help EN/NL/free Ask DJ, VibeCast, all selected requests and separate production/Pi/provider/native gates retain their own scopes. No installation, restart or redeployment.
