The approved Apple source is already protected merged through PR111 as b47d17a3bd7aade005787206785578bee585096b, with exact candidate/main tree identity and green main CI/coverage. This separate Finalization records the evidence, preserved WIP and safe branch cleanup in the handoff and owning registers. It also repairs a test that counted independent Session recovery requests as voice-menu activity: the test now permits only known recovery GETs, forces an independent read as a positive control, and retains inventory/selection/epoch/persistence/scope plus no-audio/no-new-POST guards. No production app code changes.

Validation at current head 036ced427356d47a37758cce892a34fb981c398c: full local Swift784tests/10suites PASS89.048s; targeted2tests/1suite PASS0.395s and ten repeated suites PASS; native coverage784tests/10suites PASS82.447s (run39062995136). Register identities/counts/Markdown and git diff check PASS. Official exact-head Owner Authorization39063058240 PASS. Protected Apple CI39062995345 including Mac/iOS builds PASS; every exact-head check is complete/green or an explicit platform skip. Owner/runner artifact digests independently verified. Source-main CI39061192756 and independently verified coverage/runner artifact digests retain their source binding.

Draft blocker: central post-merge-release-evidence.yml@ebbb35f reads only300 of369 commit paths. Complete paginated GitHub PR/commit and local Git sets are equal. Source formal run39061762379 failed before publication because the durable builder correctly refused unqualified evidence. Existing Core-writer has locally repaired the actual collector with pagination, SHA/parent/duplicate-path fences and API cap;369-file and negative regressions PASS. No protected immutable producer pin is published yet. Terminal Finalization requires that pin and genuine exact-main formal reconciliation; no manual status or inferred qualification. Owner explicitly authorized necessary small CI/test corrections and documentary Finalization; protected gates remain in force.

Product acceptance remains PARTIAL with23 active requirements; current full independent technical/UX review has not run. TDE-observe workflow runs, but actual assessment/repository qualification FAILED with3CRITICAL/174HIGH complexity findings and no regression baseline; triage/refactor remains open. iPad40282/iPhone40267/Mac40266 are unchanged. Both original checkouts are clean main;18/155WIP paths, excluded launch/Xcode recovery experiments and all old refs remain recoverable in hash-verified stashes/archives/bundles. Three original and two temporary merged branches removed; zero worktrees deleted.
