Summary

• replace the condensed profile flow with a neutral, one-screen-at-a-time Components V2 wizard with durable stage bookmarks, revision-bound navigation, conditional steps, and review edits
• add nullable profile accent colours with Bill presets, strict custom hex, linked inheritance/clear semantics, public-card rendering, and additive D1 migration 0004_profile_color_and_wizard_stage.sql
• add guided Throne resolve/confirm/private webhook/test/check onboarding with safe status responses, durable confirmation state, live verification enforcement, and secret rotation safety
• clarify neutral /bill setup permissions and update profile, codebase, and deployment documentation
