fix(naming): corrige grafia OminiRTkSync para OmniRTkSync - #25

O nome tinha um 'i' a mais depois do 'm'. Corrige em todo o projeto: pacote Python (omini_rtksync -> omni_rtksync), comando, imagem Docker (ghcr.io/pathbit/omnirtksync), cookies de sessao, volumes, redes, workflows, documentacao e testes. Tambem corrige 'OminiRoute' para 'OmniRoute' e as aspas dos placeholders do formulario de bug (YAML invalido rejeitado pelo GitHub).

For users upgrading an existing Compose deployment, changing this top-level name makes Compose treat the file as a separate application; Docker prefixes unnamed volumes with the project name, so omniroute_data changes from ominirtksync-stack_omniroute_data to omnirtksync-stack_omniroute_data and the gateway starts against an empty database, while the old containers may also retain the fixed host ports. The documented upgrade command therefore cannot preserve the state it claims survives upgrades. Keep the legacy project/physical volume identity or provide an explicit volume migration before changing it. Docker documents both project resource isolation and project-prefixed volume names.
