This entire thing is completely from scratch right? I think I've looked through most of it, and it appears to only reference files within this folder space, but I've never seen a Laravel project or the sort so I don't know what those project folder setups look like.
Seems to me though I recall the root directory of a Laravel project being said to have a composer.phar file in it, something like a package.json for npm.
