🏆 Nemesis — AI audit platform for public spending
Full-stack audit tool built for Rio de Janeiro state's spending-audit entity, grown out of my awarded bachelor thesis. Natural-language and semantic queries over expenditure records, 3D projection of spending via a denoising autoencoder, graph-based detection of split payments, and overpricing analysis against semantically similar records from other municipalities.
