Data Analyst project - Student Analysis using Python and Power BI

Overview

This project was done as part of a Data Analyst assignment for Masters' Union. I explored student performance data to find what factors affect academic outcomes and where the institution should focus

Key Findings

One thing that surprised me was that rural students actually scored higher than urban students — completely opposite of what I expected

Recommendations

1. Implement early warning system after Term 1 results
2. Introduce proactive attendance monitoring
3. Communicate minimum 3 hrs/day study time guidelines to students and parents
