release: the Cloudflare Workers build fails on main #431

What happens

The Workers Builds: angular-devtools check fails on every pull request and on main. It failed on #417 and on #418, while every GitHub Actions check passed. Because it's red on every pull request, a real failure there would go unnoticed.

Next step

The build logs are only in the Cloudflare dashboard. Someone with access needs to read them and do one of these:

• fix the build command or output directory for the docs site;
• turn the check off if the site is deployed some other way.
