ui: the hub dock rail doesn't tell screen readers which dock is selected #420

Found in the 1.0.0 panel pass.

What happens

The hub's dock rail (the icon column on the left of the panel) marks the selected dock only visually. Screen readers announce every dock button the same way, so a screen reader user can't tell which dock is open.

Expected

The selected dock is exposed with aria-current="page" or aria-selected="true" (with a matching role), as WCAG 4.1.2 requires.

Where

The rail is rendered by devframe, not by app, so the fix is either upstream or a wrapper on our side.
