Some text replacements do not work

When I type "im", it should replace with "I'm", as per the text replacement setting. It does this once after rebooting, but will not work after that. The same is the case with ill -> I'll.
No other replacements have this issue as far as I am aware.

I'm using a Unihertz Titan 2 Elite.

In normal use, I've now found that it isn't super consistent what it does and doesn't correct. Now it's correcting "im" -> "I'm" but not "didnt" -> "didn't"

Focused Titan 2 Elite follow-up:

• The inconsistency was reproduced as an approximately four-second dictionary-readiness race after an IME rebind. Exact replacement rules were already loaded, but the boundary-time editor sync was incorrectly gated on dictionary readiness, so early boundaries could silently miss im/ill replacements.
• didnt → didn't was separately confirmed to be missing from the bundled English rules.
• A local, uncommitted fix adds the missing rule and synchronizes the current editor word at the boundary independently of dictionary readiness. Dictionary and suggestion work remains readiness-gated; there is no sleep or magic delay.
• On-device checks covered all four independent combinations of experimental_suggestions_enabled false/true × normal suggestions_enabled false/true, before/after readiness and after rebind. Focused unit coverage also includes cold/warm/rebind, failed and blocked/cancelled loads, built-in/custom rules, language behavior, multiple boundaries, and genuine undo.

This issue remains open until the code is committed, reviewed, merged, and verified in a published Nightly.
