after unsuccessfully trying to setup some alerts, I decided to open this PR to allow us create the alert conditions. although, during this process we had to upgrade pine script to v6
I'm still learning pine script and how indicators work but I believe we can try do something here to improve this.
I'm currently testing the Peterbolic SAR to see if they really work, and if you think this is welcome, and if you are also able to support testing and validating everything is working with this upgrade, it will be great!
