Stop false live-proof credential blocks when keys exist only in the primary gitignored .env, and migrate path aliases like /workspace to the physical primary worktree so receipts stay valid.
Add maintain-self-heal so path aliases, disposable/merged foreign worktrees, and receipt migration clear automatically before the probe fails closed. Soft-block only true external holds — stop babysitting environment shape failures.
