[Good First Issue] Add typed Python quickstart example for edge reflex deployment

Description

To improve developer ergonomics for students and researchers integrating WERR into their Python projects, we'd like to provide a dedicated standalone example script demonstrating typed reflex evaluation with type annotations and mypy compatibility.

Scope

• Add a new example file in examples/typed_reflex_quickstart.py.
• Demonstrate initializing state, evaluating reflex decisions, and extracting confidence coordinates.
• Ensure strict typing with Python 3.10+ type hints.

Acceptance Criteria

• Script runs standalone with python examples/typed_reflex_quickstart.py
• Passes flake8 and basic linting
• Includes clear comments explaining the zero-VRAM coordinate parameters $\Theta = (c_x, c_y, \text{zoom})$
