Absolute Johannes factotum

SCP-3369 (?)
SCP-3369 is a special joke that, when someone understands it, puts a separate, talking mind into their head. This mind, called SCP-3369-1, can hear the person's thoughts and see what they see, and it sounds like a man with a New York accent. It spreads easily through any way the joke is shared, like online or in person, and even if the joke is translated or slightly changed, it still works. To keep it contained, special teams search online for the joke, delete it, and give people who've heard it a special medicine to make them forget it, which also gets rid of the voice.
Cândido Godói (?)
The municipality of Cândido Godói in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, is known for an unusually high rate of twin births, particularly in the settlement of Linha São Pedro, where 10% of births are twins, significantly higher than the state average. This phenomenon is concentrated within an ethnically homogeneous population of German descent, and records show a high frequency of twins dating back to the early 20th century. While some theories have controversially linked this to experiments by Nazi doctor Josef Mengele, who fled to South America, geneticists and local historians largely dispute this, suggesting that genetic isolation, inbreeding, and a "founder effect" within the community are the more probable explanations.
