Install loams 0.1.2 from RubyGems instead of the old monorepo tag. Update install instructions and SDK coverage notes, and use 127.0.0.1:8080 consistently for local defaults. Existing native HTTP/raw RPC examples remain in place.

Remove the old Gemfile.lock; regenerate and commit it after 0.1.2 package metadata is published.

Validation: Exact RubyGems requirement reviewed; workflow and whitespace checks passed. Ruby compilation/runtime checks were not run locally.

SDK 0.1.2 is upcoming. Its GitHub tag is absent and npm/PyPI 0.1.2 lookups return 404. Full release builds and engine integration are pending. Keep this PR in draft until the matching packages/tags are published and release checks pass.
