fix: 대시보드 집계 및 AI 스키마 문서 정리 - #77

- 품목 마스터 카드 통계를 전체 기준 API로 분리 - 대시보드 생산량과 출하 대기 카드 집계 기준 수정 - 현재고 모니터링을 활성 품목 마스터 기준으로 조회
- 품목 카드 통계를 기존 목록 API totalElements 기준으로 계산 - 품목 통계 전용 엔드포인트 의존 제거 - 품목 단건 조회 경로를 숫자 ID로 제한
- 마지막 공정 양품 수량만 생산량 카드에 반영 - 중간 공정별 실적 중복 합산 제거
- DashboardServiceImpl — 생산량 카드와 라인별 생산량 집계를 생산 입고 이력 기준으로 변경 - InventoryTransactionHistoryRepository — 생산 입고 및 취소 이력을 반영한 대시보드 집계 쿼리 추가 - ProductionExecutionRepository — 공정 실적 기반 대시보드 생산량 집계 제거 - InventoryTransactionHistoryRepositoryTest (new) — 마지막 공정 생산 입고 기준 집계 회귀 테스트 추가 - 검증 — ./gradlew test --tests com.ssafy.demo_app.domain.inventory.repository.InventoryTransactionHistoryRepositoryTest - 검증 — ./gradlew compileJava
