@AlexanderBarabanov, should we maintain a changelog file? It adds extra maintenance burden in my opinion.

https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/physicalai/releases already has a changelog?

Changelog will be auto-maintained by release-please action based on merged PR titles, no human intervention is required (in the current PR you can see that changes into changelog is proposed by bot).
In general, we can disable changelog auto-generation with "skip-changelog": true setting.

0.1.0 and 0.1.1 release has been release without release-please action, there is no changelog - I added it manually in the PR that enabled release-please action.
