Vaxrank's temporary Isovar <1.45 cap excludes the released Isovar 1.45 integration because all three consumers previously required the Osteosarc 0.14 series. Adopt Osteosarc >=0.15.4,<0.16 and Isovar >=1.45.0,<2, coordinated with the published Topiary 5.93.3 prerequisite. Version: 3.38.1.
Extend the shared-dependency floor guard to the audited 0.15 window. The released cache, cohort and original-read APIs remain compatible; historical bundle identities, recorded producer versions, native evidence and support semantics remain pinned. Topiary's prerequisite also retains the legacy 0.14 window for existing consumers.
Validation: lint and all 2,155 Vaxrank tests pass in an initially empty, normally resolved environment with Osteosarc 0.15.4 / Isovar 1.45.0. After replacing editable Topiary with the normally installed published 5.93.3 wheel, pip check and 136 focused dependency/support, pinned Sid reconstruction/selection, original-only/mixed native policy replay and consumer tests pass. The real B16 VCF/BAM CLI smoke produces reports, peptide FASTAs and mRNA FASTAs. Vaxrank's wheel/sdist pass strict Twine validation and declare the coordinated dependency floors. Topiary's prerequisite passes 5,118 tests, legacy-window checks, built wheel/sdist checks, strict Twine validation and all GitHub CI; its clean-master deployment and public PyPI wheel/sdist/tag are verified. Vaxrank's GitHub CI must pass before merge, followed immediately by clean-main deploy and PyPI verification.
