Closes #96.
Require Python 3.11 or newer, add CI coverage through 3.14, and align classifiers, docs, Ruff, and repository guidance. Keep the existing pandas 2/3, PyArrow, and optional Polars compatibility jobs on Python 3.11 while adding current-dependency jobs for 3.12–3.14. Bump the patch version to 3.0.5. The two small syntax updates satisfy Ruff at the new Python target.
Validation:
./lint.shpassed../test.sh -W error::DeprecationWarning: 213 passed on Python 3.11.12 and 213 passed on Python 3.14.6 with pandas 3.0.6, PyArrow 26, and Polars 2.0.0.Requires-Python: >=3.11.
