描述

版本抬升 0.8.0-ascend.1 → 0.8.0-ascend.2，为下一个 zip Release 做准备（tag = v + package.json 版本，CD 强制校验）。

0.8.0-ascend.1 号的历史语义是 #62 那轮代码；#64 合入后 main 内容已变而未抬号。本 PR 使名实相符。

本版本包含内容

• feat(k8s): retry transient k8s API failures in auth preflight; bump runner to 2.338.0 #64：isAuthPermissionsOK 瞬时 k8s API 故障重试（ECONNREFUSED/挂死/401/403/429/5xx，指数退避+单次超时）+ SAR per-request 修复
• js-yaml 4.3.1 → 4.3.2（CVE-2026-84375）

变更

• package.json version 字段
• package-lock.json 同步（npm install --package-lock-only）

合入后

git checkout main && git pull
git tag v0.8.0-ascend.2 && git push origin v0.8.0-ascend.2

CD 自动创建 Release（zip：actions-runner-hooks-{k8s,docker}-0.8.0-ascend.2.zip）。
