Scope
Continue issue #93 as W1 public-evidence discovery only.
This pass admits the complete 12-model intersection published for both Claude Code and pi on the pinned five-task
/swe3mcp-gateway-registrysurface at source revision2e31825da0840b389928b31fbff0ebead174c96d.Material serving/configuration differences exposed by the source remain explicit unknowns/confounders.
The first CI pass uses the repository's established bounded write-enabled admission pattern to regenerate generated registry views and run the exact new-record admission check. After that succeeds, this PR will restore the standard read-only workflow and bind validation provenance in the handoff before merge.
Closes no issue; #93 remains active through the frozen collection cutoff.
