Extend the Jira query behind the managed release plan so that Vulnerability issues are collected alongside stories and bugs. What changed in this PR
Widens the Jira query used by the Konflux managed release plan to collect additional release issues.
Changes:
- Includes Vulnerability issues alongside Story and Bug issues, subject to the existing empty Epic Link requirement.
- Removes Operator, Tekton CLI, and OpenShift OPC from the excluded components.
- Preserves the existing version, status, resolution, and label filters.
