Document the centralized Share button that plugins surface in their resource list tables (via an Access column) as an inline entry point for managing resource access, complementing the Resource Access Management page. Signed-off-by: Darshit Chanpura <dchanp@amazon.com>

Description
Adds documentation for the centralized Share button that plugins surface directly in their resource list tables (via an Access column), as an inline entry point for managing resource access.
This complements the Resource Access Management page documented in #11571 by describing the second, in-plugin way to share resources. The new section, Sharing resources from a plugin page using the Share button, was added to
_dashboards/management/resource-sharing.mdand covers:Follow-up to #11571.
