- Wrote OSD procedures for index management operations - Integrated OSD index management into im-plugin directory - Reorganized IM plugin information - Various edits to text - Fixed examples and incorrect links where I found them THIS PR IS INCOMPLETE. More work is needed to make these doc changes usable. In general, most of the structural changes are complete. Several pages need rewrites, especially index pages.
