Adds linking capability to the Lexicon. A link with a query string can be used to go directly to a particular OSHB lemma/Strong number. Additionally, when the user submits a new search, the link (i.e., the URL in the browser search/address bar) will be updated.
For example: https://marcstober.github.io/HebrewLexicon/HomeFiles/Lexicon.html?lexID=5612a
Note that the link does not currently update when the user clicks on radio buttons or tabs; that could be a future enhancement.
This also fixes an issue where entering an invalid lemma or Strong number can cause the text "undefined" to appear to the user.
