RequiresJavaScriptRpcannotation, its ten usages, and thejavaScriptRpcAvailablesystem property thatbuild.gradle.ktsderived from thewarmJavaScriptRpcCachemarker. ThewarmJavaScriptRpcCachetask itself is untouched; only the marker publishing goes away, so thosetypescript()tests fail again rather than skip when the npm release lags the Maven one.
