Update docs for OpenRewrite 8.85.0

Regenerated OpenRewrite recipe docs via rewrite-recipe-markdown-generator (./gradlew run, full generation) for the 8.85.0 release.

Changes

• New changelog/8-85-0-Release.md (total recipe count: 4463) + linked in sidebars.ts.

• 14 new recipe pages (gradle9, jackson, mockito powermock-whitebox, testcontainers, quarkus 3.37, hibernate, kotlin jvm-target).

• ~83 updated recipe/reference pages, 1 rename. No deletions.

• Companion to the recipeDescriptors.yml update in Update recipeDescriptors.yml rewrite-recipe-markdown-generator#339.

Note: generated from a local run; the Python/.NET RPC recipe pages are unaffected here (open-source set only).
