Closing as superseded, thanks @ginaxu1. The parts it fixes were rewritten or removed in v0.5.0:

• HOW_TO_TEST.md no longer has the /sdl and database-schema test cases, because the schema API was removed in refactor(oe)!: load the consumer schema from a file and remove the schema management API #666.
• PROVIDER_CONFIGURATION.md was rewritten in docs: restructure documentation bottom-up (components, portals, root) #659 and refactor(oe): plan, execute and merge queries with gqlparser, and remove graphql-go #671.
• federator_test.go was deleted along with the old argument extraction in refactor(oe): plan, execute and merge queries with gqlparser, and remove graphql-go #671.
