Extension host crash while working through ssh

Steps to reproduce (by Dobby, ref: https://discord.com/channels/231799104731217931/966398440051445790/1194989094216941610)

1. Install remote ssh (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-vscode-remote.remote-ssh).
2. Install the extension mentioned (omp pawn)
3. Connect to remote workspace (I'm connecting to Linux Ubuntu 22.04 Workspace). Let it install VSCode server etc.
4. Open folder / file with Pawn code.
5. Wait

I'm reporting it here as well, so it doesn't become forgotten.
