Show one row per authentication repository (the root and each dependency) with its state - waiting, running, error or complete - and how long it took, updated in place with rich. With -v the current step is shown too. Log output is collected in a panel under the table while the update runs and printed in full above the final table when it ends. Dependencies are updated in parallel, which made the interleaved log lines hard to follow. Shown by taf repo clone, update and validate only when writing to a terminal and not using --format-output. Library callers and JSON output are unchanged.
Drop tests of how log lines are laid out and where they are printed; keep the ones that check what the display reports for a real clone and the logger restore after the display ends.

Show cloning, fetching, validating or merging as a repository's status while it runs, without needing -v. When the run finishes, clear the table and print the log output as plain text, so the usual output is what remains.
