docs: trim README badges to highest-signal set#80

Drop the repostatus "WIP" badge — the Alpha note already covers status, and "WIP" undersells the project. Add the existing CodeQL workflow as a security-scanning badge, which builds trust for an admin GUI that handles tenant configuration. Remaining badges (CI, CodeQL, License, codecov) cover maintenance, security, licensing, and test coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
