Per-push CodeQL scans repeat work in this quiet repository. This adds repository-owned weekly main analysis (Tuesday 05:07 UTC), retains PR and manual analysis, and leaves ordinary CI unchanged. Only superseded PR analyses cancel each other; scheduled scans and separate manual runs do not.
The workflow preserves Actions and JavaScript/TypeScript coverage, default queries and dependency caching. It uses the native Actions job budget. Maintainers own language/build and pinned-action updates; GitHub may disable scheduled workflows after 60 days of repository inactivity.
Validation: actionlint, git diff --check, independent source/contract review and P0–P3 autoreview passed. Existing full default analysis: https://github.com/openclaw/mcporter/actions/runs/41458619355. Exact-head native CI passed all four lanes, including pnpm check/test and packaging/native proof: https://github.com/openclaw/mcporter/actions/runs/41636363983. Default Actions/JavaScript analysis passed: https://github.com/openclaw/mcporter/actions/runs/41636356728. Replacement extraction, queries and SARIF export completed for both languages: https://github.com/openclaw/mcporter/actions/runs/41636364007; both processing failures are the expected default-setup ownership rejection. Default setup stayed enabled during qualification; the expected advanced upload rejection during qualification is not a successful processed scan.
Cutover completed after normal squash merge
e8c7be5dfecd5b0ccfafc6ea402c94180c65602band a green merged-main default scan. Full replacement main analysis passed: https://github.com/openclaw/mcporter/actions/runs/41638319402. Both languages were processed without errors or warnings. All 280 previous main analyses and all 21 alerts/27 instances were retained, including dismissal metadata and historical PR instances. Only the intended main-scan workflow/environment identity changed. Default setup is now disabled, the advanced workflow is active, and repository security features, rules and security-configuration association are unchanged. Verification completed in 3 minutes 55 seconds. The first natural weekly execution remains separate follow-through.
