Addresses part 1 of #7634.

The SEC balance sheet schema was missing five XBRL tag spellings, so current_portion_of_long_term_debt and short_term_debt came back empty for issuers using them:

• current_portion_of_long_term_debt: added LongTermDebtCurrentMaturities, DebtCurrent (LongTermDebtAndCapitalLeaseObligationsCurrent was already present)
• short_term_debt: added NotesAndLoansPayable, OtherShortTermBorrowings

Added to all four schema sections (industrial, financial, diversified, insurance). Each is a spelling of a quantity the schema already models, not a new quantity.

The reporter verified locally that appending these rows fixes the four affected issuers (XOM, KO, CVS, MU).

Note: part 2 of #7634 (the total_operating_income imputation returning revenue when no operating expenses exist) is a behavior change in the imputation engine, not a mapping fix — leaving that for separate discussion.

Closing, this is a fundamental misunderstanding of the system and double-entry accounting.

NotesAndLoansPayable is not a short term liability.

The issue is also not representative of current code.
