This pull request adds a new GitHub Actions workflow to automate the build, test, and deployment of the application.

This commit introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow named `www.yml` to automate the build, test, and deployment process.

The pipeline is configured to:
- Trigger on pushes to the `master` branch and on pull requests.
- Set up Node.js, pnpm, Rust, and wasm-pack.
- Install dependencies using pnpm.
- Build the WebAssembly module from the `www` directory.
- Build the Svelte application.
- Run the Playwright integration tests.
- Deploy to Cloudflare via `wrangler` on pushes to the `master` branch.
This commit refactors the CI/CD pipeline to use the `build.sh` script for the build process, instead of running the build commands manually.

This change makes the CI pipeline more consistent with the local build process. The workflow now installs `cmake` and executes the `build.sh` script to build both the WebAssembly module and the Svelte application.
This commit removes the `.gitkeep` file from the `.github/workflows` directory.
