Summary
Allow research handoff questions containing inline code to use a CommonMark fence longer than any backtick run in the question. The parser composes this with multi-dimension assignments, preserves exact question identity, rejects duplicate targets, and checks every assigned question in each dispatched dimension's evidence file.
