docs(site): rebuild the website on the v2 design

Rebuilds the site on the "stackmap website v2" canvas: a product page that uses the viewer's own motion instead of the v1 scroll film, plus a real light/dark theme.

Landing

• Hero with the real viewer (Commerce API) and a try bar (Select, Trace, Route, Find, Views, Play) that drives it.
• How it works: pins for 1.6 screens on ≥1024px with motion; scroll progress picks the step. The session shows the real validate output and the real deliver hash and size.
• Kinds: one checkout drawn as each kind with real layouts; the current kind plays the viewer's intro, then loops its flow while on screen.
• Examples band, proof cards, install card. Hero reveals are CSS on load; later sections reveal via GSAP ScrollTrigger. Reduced motion and no JS show the resting frame.

Shell

• Theme follows the system until the reader picks one (stored, applied before paint). Pages no longer force light.
• v2 nav (section marker on the landing, phone menu sheet) and footer.

Examples and kind pages

• The real viewer with its inspector beside it, pager, filter pills and thumbnails; agent-written examples show the request in the inspector.

Viewer (refactor(viewer), delivered files unchanged)

• Embed options: no URL-hash sync, shortcuts scoped to the viewer's focus, wheel left to the page (ctrl/⌘ or pinch zooms), opt-outs for export, trace, minimap, details and the inspector toggle.
• View tabs extracted into their own component with per-instance ids.

The v1 landing (scenes, timelines, kinds geometry) and its tests are removed. The e2e smoke suite is rewritten for v2.

Tests: viewer unit 141 and e2e 87 passed (14 skipped); site unit 92 and e2e 50 passed against next build; typecheck clean.
