Stacked on #9 (M6). This clears the deferred minors from the M0–M4 reviews.

• Held arrow keys pan the full distance on every repeat. Instant moves set the transform directly, and animated pans build on the pending target instead of interrupting it.
• Minimap: press to jump, drag to steer the canvas live (pointer capture, touch-safe).
• Zero-size mount: a canvas that mounts hidden or collapsed now fits once it gets a size.
  • This also fixes a real bug: in StrictMode the view effect ran a fit() animation on a 0×0 stage, and d3's zoom interpolation divides by the stage size, so every frame was a NaN transform.
  • Camera animations now skip a zero-size stage, and the view effect compares against the previous view instead of a first-run flag.
• Canvas input: the canvas no longer selects text while dragging, and no longer scrolls or zooms the page on touch.
• PNG export also stays within WebKit's ~16.7 Mpx canvas area limit, where larger canvases silently come out blank.
• Card CTA: it looks like a link, with an arrow, only when it has an href. The sample and gallery CTAs now carry example links, so the look (and the visual baselines) are unchanged.
• Edge-label length: it turns out Zod 4 already counts characters, not UTF-16 units. That M1 deferred minor was a false alarm; a test now pins the behaviour.

Verification: unit tests (viewer 83, schema 77, core 72, cli 38, layout 13 + Bun smoke) and viewer e2e 58 locally, including 4 new tests. CI runs the Linux visual baselines.
