What changed

  • expands the LASK landing page with the staged 37-recording release and complete 115-recording analysis denominators
  • documents the three cohorts, data modalities, jaw-channel interpretation, phase labels, motion features, statistical methods, results, and clinical interpretation
  • adds the Scientific Reports analysis entry point with configurable input roots and portable provenance manifests
  • publishes aggregate result tables while excluding unreleased participant-level intermediates
  • adds six representative publication figures
  • adds pinned Python dependencies and an automated release validator
  • updates the citation metadata with the Zenodo version DOI, concept DOI, and accepted BTPN citation

Why

The repository previously described only the initial Zenodo subset. This update makes it a transparent companion to the complete quantitative peg-transfer analysis while preserving the distinction between the current public release and the forthcoming full data release.

Validation

  • full 115-recording analysis regenerated successfully
  • 115 inventory recordings, 107 primary recordings, 38 phase recordings, and 425 placement-complete cycles confirmed
  • 29 inferential feature tests and eight corrected continuous associations confirmed
  • analysis script SHA-256 matches the public manifest
  • Python syntax, Markdown links, YAML parsing, and repository release validator pass
