Fix rootless CRM updater service invocation

The documented rootless user timer executes the deployment script directly, but the committed script does not have its executable bit set. Invoke it through /bin/sh so the scheduled health-checked GHCR pull works on a fresh checkout. The host unit was updated and a manual run completed successfully.
