before this commit, if you try to install 2 modules out of the 3 real estate modules, the installation fails because they share the same model fields. Here we want to make a first step rationalizing the commonalities between the Property Management and the Condominium industries. Later, a similar commit will be made to rationalize the same way the listing aspect of the real estate and property management capabilities. task-5153291
