We were fuzzing dnsmasq's dhcp server and we needed
recvmsgfunction for that. In our patch we added some flag handling. Additionally, dhcp functionality in dnsmasq needs to receive some information from thein_pktinfoheader, so we construct a simple header. I hope that will help.
