Adds a KiBot-based workflow that renders the bottom side of the main PCB at the PR base SHA and at the head SHA, pushes both PNGs to a dedicated pcb-pr-previews orphan branch, and posts/updates a single PR comment with the two images side-by-side so reviewers can see what changed without checking out the branch.
