Other than adding the bash scripts and guide.md, the main change is in CMakeLists.txt where I replaced the protobuf_generate with a custom command for running protoc. This custom command defines the output, the command being ran with the given flags, and makes the command depend on nsb.proto. Tested with Ubuntu & Arch using both bash and zsh. May affect Mac installs, testing necessary. Bash scripts created using previous Linux bash instructions.
