As I discussed with Carlos, this code is mostly able to build extended peptide chains without the pymol dependency. "Mostly" because the proline geometry is a little weird and it doesn't have the capability to build proline in the cis conformation. I plan to fix/add this functionality when I have the chance, but it could be a couple months. Pull now or wait until it's all done, I don't care
